Lied to from the start I had called prior to going in and evidently was assigned to someone, but the salesman that I had gotten when I arrived was not him. There was a big c I had called prior to going in and evidently was assigned to someone, but the salesman that I had gotten when I arrived was not him. There was a big confusion and Mazin, the salesman told me it was because I had been there before and my information crossed causing a computer glitch. Why lie, just say you were assigned to someone else and I stole you! Then he must have been training a new girl and he’d walk away leaving us with her, then she’d walk away without saying a word leaving us at the desk for 20 and 30 minutes repeatedly. I should have just left then, but I stayed. Ultimately did buy a car I did not want with a payment way higher than I intended, stretching payment out 85 months and they never pointed that out. They were aware I had to be at work which was part of my downfall trying to rush the deal, but I had to ask for bags to clean out my old car...they gave me one very small bag and let me carry around stuff falling from my arms through the end of the deal.....finance, setting up OnStar etc. the salesman next to us..Nate, seemed very efficient with his clients. They laughed they conversed, they were handed ten bags and a box without asking....I think we just got the wrong salesman for us. We did not click from the start and it spiraled downward from there. Now I’m stuck in another car I’m not 100% happy in. Thank you Mazin 😡 I must add Finance Guy (his name is not in this list) was great, great personality and great recovery from the previous xxxxshow we endured. More
