Bought a car during a workout We stopped by the dealership to get my son's current car serviced. Markell Johnson was actually walking into work with his lunch box still in his hand. Immediately came to our aid, answered all of our questions promptly and immediately went to work on the deal. Our salesperson Brendan was honest and upfront. When negotiating the deal, the sales manager Robinson went above and beyond to offer us a good deal and kept to his word on the bottom line price. There was no bait and switch tactic at all. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Ferman and deal with Brendan and Robinson for a honest interaction. The business manager Heather was forthcoming and very friendly, helping us navigate our financing options. We are happy we gave Ferman a chance and we are VERY happy with our new truck as a result! The ultimate end of the call and hold always goes to voicemail of some guy named Gary Vogt it has been 5 hours since I left the first message no call back you can’t tell me this man is so busy that he can’t take 3 minutes of his time to return my call . I have a Chevy traverse 2016 and the a/c is broken and I live in Florida coincidently this is the second new traverse that this has happened to and the same time ! I am trying to make arrangements to get my car fixed and I have used ferman chevy several times before and they won’t pay any attention to me ! I don’t understand how a car delarship can be do rich that they turn away money from car repairs don’t use ferman the headache isn’t worth it and there is a lot of competition out there ! More
