Sales Team was Great, Detailing not so much The sales team was great. I’ve been to so many dealerships where the sales staff was too pretentious to even allow one to test drive a car they are in The sales team was great. I’ve been to so many dealerships where the sales staff was too pretentious to even allow one to test drive a car they are interested in and I got none of that attitude here, which was very refreshing. The only small black eye was that the detailers smashed my new car’s windshield preparing my car. The detailer was obviously clueless if they had the pressure of the pressure washer turned up that high to blast a clip from the windshield wiper through the windshield. I used to detail cars in high school and the general goal is for cars to have paint on them when finished and to not blast it off. The sales team promptly had it repaired, but the shady auto glass person more than likely broke my co-workers windshield in the process of fixing mine. Also, having a non-factory windshield is less than desirable, as I know airbags sometimes don’t function properly with aftermarket windshields. More

I purchased a certified pre owned Tahoe from Vincent and the process from start to finish was pretty simple. Before my visit to the dealership I communicated mainly through email where Vincent provided me pictures and a short video in the truck I was interested in. We were able to negotiate price and make an appointment to test drive the truck all via email, which is most convenient for me. My only negatives are that the fees are a little high compared to other vehicles I’ve purchased. Title and tag fee was almost $600, even though I was only having my tag transferred. The dealer prep fee was almost $800 and the truck could have been cleaned a lot better in my opinion. I looked at a lot of other used Tahoe’s in the area and for the mileage the asking price was extremely competitive, which is why I ultimately bought from Ferman. More
