Poor customer service According to staff the warranty expired in 5/29/18. Only 24k miles on truck. If that's the best chevy can do to help it will be the last one I own. I was impressed with the very professional manner in which my issues were handled. We are currently waiting for notification of parts arriving, to complete the necessary repairs. At this writing, 06/18/18, the parts were ordered 7 days ago. We'll see what transpires from here. I will complete this survey, when we are finished. More
Repairs on 2017 SS hit on driver’s side front quarter Repairs conducted on SS were delayed due to parts availability. So far there has been no issues with repairs conducted by Ferman.
