Scratched my car and chipped paint Brought it in for a simple oil change. They Scratched my fender, side skirt and chipped my door paint! Fixed the scratches but not the paint chips. Multiple attempts to fix the same issue The collision center fail to fix my car correctly the first time now requiring me to go back a second time and now what will be a third time to fix i The collision center fail to fix my car correctly the first time now requiring me to go back a second time and now what will be a third time to fix it correctly. Lack of communication among the service advisor that was assigned to fix my car. Now requiring need to speak to the service collision manager to now bring my car in for the third time to have it painted correctly . The manager was very nice and very accommodating but it’s just a little frustrating to have to take it back a third time to the dealership who I was confident will have it fixed correctly the first time More
