Ferman's Rep was very informative and not at all pushy. He then asked if I'd like to come down and see what they've got on hand, including the truck I saw on the website. I said yes and was put in touch with Vincent Michalski. Vinnie made an appointment with me and said he'd have the truck ready for me to see. When I arrived, it was parked right up front and Vinnie greeted me by name. From that point on, the whole approach to me was easy going and professional. I took the truck out for a test drive. This is what we called a scam. They pray that you will fall in love with the new car or maintain face with those around you. They will try to shake you down for money. Whether it’s a higher APR or more money down. Read the contract you sign and know your rights as a buyer. Over all the sells man Mr Mazin did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable and he met all my needs. He did everything he could to find the right truck for me. He showed me a few trucks and at the end he did everything he could to put me in the expect car I wanted. He did an excellent job! It’s not his fault the dealership has bad practices.
