Greedy and Bad Service I will never purchase or recommend Ferman again. They are only concerned with getting the sale and commission. All I heard post-delivery was about this survey and how they are evaluated but never once did I receive an apology regarding the numerous issues I had with the paint, window, seat tear and scratches and of course BAD service. Maybe they should focus more on the customer and the experience they should receive rather than a survey for the commission. Very greedy and no customer focus. I would not purchase a vehicle from this these people. Build a better customer experience team over pushing the next sale and that will separate them from the rest. Disappointed that I didn't due my due diligence and shop one of the many other local Chevrolet dealers. More

While the situation was inconvenient and expensive, they did everything they could to make it a little easier on me. I was provided a loaner car since my car was in the shop for over a week and provided a slight discount since the problem wasn't addressed the first time I brought the car in. Brian did everything he could to try and make my experience positive, it's just frustrating that it happened. In addition to the car troubles I was having, I didn't appreciate being asked multiple times by the same person about buying a new car instead of getting my existing car fixed while trying to get the loaner car. I had enough stress for the day, and I didn't need to keep explaining myself to the individual that I wasn't interested in buying a new car at that time. I honestly think this service center is too busy for their own good. Customers aren't provided the good quality service the first time around because they are so overwhelmed with trying to please everyone. I should have been provided A+ service the first time around instead of having to reach out to a manager. I have had a Hyundai and a Mazda, both of which have busy service centers, but the quality of service received at those locations in comparison to Chevy is drastically different. Hyundai provides a car wash for every service appointment, while Mazda makes the experience more personal and offers coupons. Both of these things are small tokens of appreciation for a customer's business. More

Fastest oil change and tire rotation I've ever had I had Steven in the Service Department greet me at the car after I was checked in by another service department agent. He took down the information and did a quick inspection around the car and had me wait in the waiting room. The Wifi wasn't allowing me to be able to use it which was the only complaint, but the overall service was fast. I only waited about 35 minutes for the entire thing and had no problems afterward. 45,000 mile check/oil change/ 27 pt check/service dept The tire indicator light not reset. NO huge deal unless you want to check your PSI. The indicator light is constant so do you just ignore it? It had been repaired prior and that service/resetting was listed on 3/24/18 appt. Today, day 14, my engine light is already on. I left a message mid morning for the supervisor of service, Brian Woolery I believe, and they closed at 7. Still waiting. Unless completely avoidable, my preference is anywhere but Ferman. (My advisor on 3/24/18, Merrick, was at least personable). Every other time I've left their service department with the afore mentioned advisor, as a female, I felt like my concerns were disregarded, questions unanswered, and I felt very patronized. I understand my questions weren't in car pray jargon, but I had to get a male family member on the phone to them him the same damn thing. I was left to feel like a bourdon and a an and a stupid schmutz asking for a print out the services done for that day. I have left in tears every time. I don't care if it were free.... I will never own another Chevy that requires certain services at the Ferman location. (I do realize there are other authorized dealers, but coordinating work, 2 kids, after school activities, or half your Saturday several times in 6 months is too inconvenient.) More
