2018 Chevy Malibu When I first entered the dealership I had big hopes on getting a new car for trade. The vehicle that I was trading was under my mother’s name so of co When I first entered the dealership I had big hopes on getting a new car for trade. The vehicle that I was trading was under my mother’s name so of course to get my name on a vehicle I had to co-sign. Even though the trade in vehicle we were trading in had negative equity, Jorge was determined to help us through our buying experience and getting me into a vehicle with myself as a co-signer. After choosing the vehicle with most rebates available (2018 Red Line Trax), the finance portion of the purchase was rocky. Our financial counselor Andre was pushy, kept repeating that we should finish paperwork quickly, did not explain our paperwork thoroughly because he said “these numbers will change tomorrow after I find you a better deal. This is just so you can take the vehicle home tonight”. My mother and I trusting his word, we signed. But we came to find out that the purchase agreement that we were told to sign was not changed like Andre specified and we were indeed stiffed for believing in him. We came back to the dealership to find a solution for the financial problem we had in front of us with the Trax because of Andre’s lack of communication. Jonathan Devine and Jorge both stepped up as soon as our issue was brought to their attention. After hours of work and effort they both worked with other managers to get me into a brand new 2018 Chevy Malibu that I love. Cutting out the confusion and making sure that the purchase process for my new Malibu went as smoothly as possible. I have to thank Jorge and Jonathan for translating to my mother, finding all of our most best options while also giving me my dream car with low monthly payments! More

He was very honest with me and gave me their bottom line price after a bit of negotiating, which i was very pleased with. After we settled on a price I talked to their finance advisor named tonsel (I think that’s how you spell it). Normally I dread taking to the finance staff but I was pleasantly surprised! He was great as well and helped me run through my options as fast as possible and even helped me get a lower percentage rate on my loan! I can’t say enough great things about their staff and my experience! More
