We had done research on the 2018 Chevy Traverse and the car practically sold itself. We took it home the same day. There was a grease smudge on the seat and we were told to bring it back at our convenience and they would take care of it plus give us a tank of gas. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone who is in the market. More
Simplified buying experience Recently bought a 2018 diesel Colorado from Ferman , and it was as easy as it gets. I had been looking at theses trucks for about 4 months and even Recently bought a 2018 diesel Colorado from Ferman , and it was as easy as it gets. I had been looking at theses trucks for about 4 months and even considered ordering one. I knew the costs and and what they are selling for. I noticed the truck I wanted online at Ferman , I called the web number to confirm it was still there and the nice lady actually had someone go and put their hands on it before I drove down. It was late in the day when I got there, not but an hour before close time When I arrived Christian knew I was coming and took me and my wife to see it. He apologized it was right off the truck it was so new and had not had the plastic off of it yet but I like that no one had ever driven it but me. We test drove and they looked my trade over. And gave me a proposal. It was close to my budget and fair but not quite there. I didn’t get any run around, and the sales manager had us to his office. We talked about different ways to make the deal work for everyone. Bear in mind it was after closing time and I still felt no pressure. I told him my thoughts and we came to an agreement we both felt good about. New truck buying is a big investment and I wanted to be sure I was going to feel good about it. So I asked if the deal was still good in the morning and he told me absolutely, and that the deal was good as long as they had the truck. The manager agreed it is a big investment and added if I wanted I could drive it home to make sure I really liked it. ( 90 miles round trip) but I declined. Again no pressure. I called the next day with a request to change the financing to a different way and they said yes they would make it happen. So I agreed and told them to call me when they where an hour a way from delivery time and Christin did that. When I got there the truck was out front washed and full of fuel. We sighed papers and exchanged some money and I was on my way home. With the price of the truck and the value they gave me for my trade with a great rate through GMAC finance I’m not up side down and I’m actually buying equity in this truck and that’s a good feeling. Not Very Please with Time it Took to Repair Vehicle Gave 2 Star Rating because the Service Center was Swamped with Vehicles for Service, and it took them 2 Days to get Parts from their Parts warehouse i Gave 2 Star Rating because the Service Center was Swamped with Vehicles for Service, and it took them 2 Days to get Parts from their Parts warehouse in Charlotte, NC, Service Dept. lost time trying to Second- Source a part that GM no longer make Available for my 2009 Equinox. Service Advisor could have been more responsive with update on status of Repair, but I guess he was just swamped with dealing the work-load put on him by this shop.There is no guarantee that my if fixed, since they could not replace the part ( Steering Column ) that was recommended by Service-Tech, Which GM no longer provides for my vehicle. I decided that the part that the Service- code ( c0460 ), indicated be replaced only, I would see if that corrected the problem, part is PSCM unit Assy. I took my vehicle in on 03/27/18 and received it back on 03/30/18 approx. 2pm.I had to rent a car, because I didn't know if I would get my car back for the week-end, I had no other personal transportation. More
