The first time we met him we thought wow he was very casual not pushy and very informative. We returned a week later and requested that we had him. The experince from the first Friday all the way through one week after the purchase. We felt no pressure from anyone there but especially Jorge made us feel sure that we were getting a good deal. Mr. Derryl Jones has completely uprooted my ridiculous opinion about excellent customer service. He made both my wife and I feel at ease from the very beginning. His knowledge on each individual vehicle was simply mind blowing. The vehicle test drive was awesome and once we were seated at his desk, the paperwork process was as easy and fast as opening and closing a car door!
