Mr. Derryl Jones has completely uprooted my ridiculous opinion about excellent customer service. He made both my wife and I feel at ease from the very beginning. His knowledge on each individual vehicle was simply mind blowing. The vehicle test drive was awesome and once we were seated at his desk, the paperwork process was as easy and fast as opening and closing a car door! This guy really knows his stuff and we’re forever grateful for having an opportunity to do business Ferman and especially Derryl! More

He completely understood that and not once did I feel like I was dealing with a Salesman and more so a friend. I told him my budget and car I was interested in. He made sure to find the trim I wanted in the price I wanted. Even after taking my car with negative equity he was able to accommodate my budget. Even as an informed consumer who is not the easiest to deal with Brendan was not pushy yet still very thorough in explaining all the key points of the cars features and going of the lease terms with me. Will definitely refer Brendan to friends and family. More
