We were told when to come, where to go, and how long it would take. We were in and out in just a few minutes; job well done. Our salesman , Phil Goodpastor, even came out and said hello and reconnected with us after the sale. Most excellent -- that's why that is our SECOND Corvette from Ferman. More

Remember the word of mouth for great customer service I had bought my previous car there years ago. I went back a couple of months ago to try to purchase another car, but the sales person I had gotten was I had bought my previous car there years ago. I went back a couple of months ago to try to purchase another car, but the sales person I had gotten was not helpful, as soon as he pulled my credit he seem as if he did not want anything to do with me, he did not offer anything else or try to work with me and let me walk out the door no call back. After that I did not want to go back ever, but my significant other was bringing his truck in for service again. I recommended to go Brian Rabeau Srv Mngr, which I had taken my previous car there for service to him for 7yrs he was great and he rectified the issue with no hassle (love him). Brian recommended to see Zeyad Altuama in sales to purchase my car, so I gave it another try, which I am very glad I did "Z" was great he took his time with me he went out of his way to get me what I wanted, respectful, courteous, and very patient.I did not come in wanting something for nothing I had $4000 to put down I just needed someone to work with me. He did not look at the score he worked with the person. I would now definitely recommend my friends to go to Ferman Chevrolet in brandon to purchase car and for Service. I left happy. More
Disapointed I brought my car in for service.I asked for a loaner vehicle while mine was going to be in the shop for awhile .I was told at that time that they (the I brought my car in for service.I asked for a loaner vehicle while mine was going to be in the shop for awhile .I was told at that time that they (the dealer, Ferman Chevy), no longer has loaners for that purpose. I asked 3 separate people about the Policy and I received 3 separate answers. #1 Told me that it was because of a new policy that GM has passed on to the dealership #2 Told me that the loaners were getting to beat up, and as a result of that the dealer ( Ferman Chevy) was loosing money on the resale of those vehicles.#3.Told me that GM has a new policy in place where the only vehicles covered have to fall into a range of 3 years old , and or 30,000 miles to be eligible for a loaner. Ok so now who to believe here? This tells me that Ferman Chevy is clueless on their policies...if in fact it is even a policy. I had to leave my car overnight, and I now had to go get a rental car.At the rental car company, I was asked for a P.O. #.I was told that the dealer (Ferman Chevy) always provides a P.O. # for the rentals as the dealer would then pay the rental company for the vehicle.I called back to the dealer and asked if they were supposed to give me a P.O. # and I was told no. The rep told me that I had to pay for the rental myself, but that I could get a car at the same rate as the dealer could get. I told all of this to the renal agent, and he told me that he has never heard of the dealer (Ferman Chevy) ever doing that to anybody. He went on to tell me that they always provide a P.O. # and pick up the bill for the customer. Then the car rental went on to tell me that the cheapest vehicle they had was at a rate of $62 a day. I received my car back from Ferman Chevy the next day along with a bill or $941.The rental was $62, and $6 for the gas that I had to replace as well. This is complete nonsense , and ignorance on your part. You should provide loaners to your customers as a convenience to them. Yes, you will lose some of the value due to wear and tear of the vehicle. That is the cost of doing business. From a customers stand point that means a lot though. It will bring the customer back to you time, and time again. Then when it is time to buy a new car those same customers will return to you. I HAD plans to do that exact same thing with Ferman Chevy .Now because of your lack of customer service , I will go elsewhere. I will go where the customer is genuinely appreciated...In the mean time if you want to stay in business, I would make some observations from the others who are doing well because of their customer service. Also I would like to add that in the past the people working there have cleaned out All of my change , and my change holder from my console....Here's an idea..So now with all the money that you are saving from your non loaner policy, you can pay your thieves more money so they don't have to steal from your customers that you are running off in one way or another anyways...And yes ..I brought this up to a service rep, and he told me that he was sorry for my loss, and the next time that I return please clean out my console prior to dropping it off...This is something that I shouldn't have to worry about from a reputable dealer. I shouldn't have to consider stripping my car down of everything valuable prior to service More
Long Time Relationship Accessible, friendly, and quality work; the most important aspects. Not the fastest or the least costly; the less important aspects. I Looking for a new truck and started my search on line. Found a couple on Furman Chevrolet’s web site. I made an appointment online for the next day. I met Brendan the next day. He’s a young personable, knowledgeable salesman that is not pushy. He listened to my wants and needs and suggested a couple of Silverado’s to check out. I picked one out that I liked and proceeded with a nice test drive. Back at the dealership we discussed price and finance options. After a short negotiation, we struck a deal and began the purchase process. I left that evening my new truck. It was a pleasure doing business with the folks at Furman. Definitely would recommend the professionals at Furman. More
Start of my new life! I walked into the dealership to talk about getting a car I had no idea I would drive off the lot with a brand new car. Vincent offerd me a test drive I walked into the dealership to talk about getting a car I had no idea I would drive off the lot with a brand new car. Vincent offerd me a test drive but i declined because I didn't think my credit was good enough and I didn't have any money. Since I had been living in my apartment for 3 years and working for the same company for 2 years Vincent told me I did my part and now he will do his part. No down payment and my first payment was due in 45 days. Vincent said "would you like to test drive now" I gladly accepted. My old car was in poor condition so being in a new car made me feel like I was up to date with the rest of the world. This location is very clean and the customer service from everyone is outstanding. I'm very proud to be apart of the Chevrolet family. More
