Buying a new car with trade in We took our Chevy Impala in for service and looked at the Equinox while we were waiting. We liked the looks of the car and the size, etc. Michael Menden saw us and came out and talked with us and was very nice and not pushy salesman. We told him we would be back the next day and he had the Equinox, washed, gassed up and ready to give a test drive. We did so, and ended up trading in our Impala for the Equinox.
