Fleixible, helpful and as promised service My service writer, Steve Liguori was outstanding. He was on top of an unusal repair. My key broke off in the inginition of my work truck, and I had My service writer, Steve Liguori was outstanding. He was on top of an unusal repair. My key broke off in the inginition of my work truck, and I had to have the truck towed to the dealership, Steve research the available courses of action to make a timely repair and he delivered ahead of the promised time of return. Overpriced Was told the work that was to be done was going to be $270,and the windshield wipers were about $15 each, which i verbally agreed too. When my bill wa Was told the work that was to be done was going to be $270,and the windshield wipers were about $15 each, which i verbally agreed too. When my bill was presented to me initially, was about $513. After talking about intial conversation, bill ended up being $428, after a discount. The wipers, which i bought, turned out to be $28 each. I would not have agreed to this. Overall, i anticipated according to intial conversation to have a bill at around $300. I was forced to pay the $428. The service guy, did give me a free fuel up for when i needed it. More
