The sales rep sent me an "e-price" that included the fa The vehicle I purchased was advertised on dealer website as "Certified pre-owned" (it is NOT). The sales rep sent me an "e-price" that included the false information. No one at the dealer would accept responsibility for either. The vehicle was missing a part on the air filter housing. The sales rep tried multiple times to tell me that there was not a missing part and, long story short, there WAS and I asked them to fix that, they did. I would consider the fix satisfactory/minimum. They were able to beat the Credit Union finance rate. Happy about that. Entire process went about as fast as I could have asked for. I'm a rather impatient person so the quick trip made me happy. I was beyond direct during the process and would have appreciated a slightly more direct approach from the sales team. This was my first dealership auto purchase and they made it moderately painless. Slightly annoyed by the lack of accountability in regards to internet info being false but it didn't ruin the deal getting done. IF I HAD NOT BEEN 3 MONTHS INTO THE CAR BUYING PROCESS I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY BUT I JUST WANTED TO BE DONE WITH IT ALL. Todd was professional and direct. I'm a fan of Todd. More
