My car is just over a year old and I'm having sensor issues. The 1st time I took it in WITH an appointment they had my car for 6 hours and never touched it. The 2nd time WITH an appt. I got it back with issues. The 1st time I took it in WITH an appointment they had my car for 6 hours and never touched it. The 2nd time WITH an appt. I got it back with "customer concern couldn't be duplicated. They also installed a parking assist "chip" but failed to tell me they needed to be in my trunk. They knocked the weather stripping off so now the trunk doesn't close properly. More

Going to try a different cheverolet to have my new vehicle serviced. Had an appointment, but car was just sitting there for over 30 min. Telephone calls and in person interactions are unpleasant.
