Service center staff not so friendly. Too many chiefs not enough Indians to actually "Do" the work. Three stars as they did replace computer under warranty and did another sensor for free that was not under warranty. Desk staff not customer service oriented and person who took our original call attempted to speak Spanish most of time when we are clearly non-spanish speaking people. Dealership kept our car for a couple of days and never attempted to call us for any updates, we finally called them. They need more mechanics but that is a problem outside of dealership....not enough workers is new societal problem. I'm sure dealership would like more mechanics to handle workload. More

I declined to leave it for them to work on the next day; we have only one car and it's a serious hardship to lose its use for a second day. More
