My 1st oil change (free) on my New Chevy Silverado was not a Good experience! I was never notified when completed! I had to call 4 hours later and ask if it was done? THEN! 2 weeks later(Don't drive it mu not a Good experience! I was never notified when completed! I had to call 4 hours later and ask if it was done? THEN! 2 weeks later(Don't drive it much) I moved the Silverado and noticed a large Oil stain in my driveway! I crawled underneath and noticed oil running down the oil filter. The next morning I took it back to have it fixed and was told I don't have an appointment and it may take a while! I figured that from my last appointment, so I brought my bike and rode it home. Hours later I called to ask if it was finished and they said it was in Detail shop For a complimentary cleaning! Rode my bike back the next day and picked up my Truck without ANY customer reaction!
