VERY unhappy and disappointed. 2+ hours for an oil change and engine air & cabin filter. Tech tried for 15 minutes to change cabin filter before asking another tech for help. When tech returned vehicle and paperwork, he dropped the key fob. Now it’s loose. To add insult to injury, I was charged over $150.00! This was my last visit to Ferman for service.
