Stephen J Rhodes I arrived at 8:05 for my 8:30 appointment; there was no further contact with me until I went to see the service advisor Steve. He went to check on my car and he said it was out for a road test. The car was returned to me, I went home, checked the car's coolant and there was no fluid in the overflow tank. I had to add a quart of antifreeze. This should have been done by the service center, not me. More

Greg our salesman was absolutely wonderful from the first phone call I felt comfortable. I had called another dealer closer to where I live and they really made me feel like like my business would not be val phone call I felt comfortable. I had called another dealer closer to where I live and they really made me feel like like my business would not be valued. Greg invited me to the dealership which was actually about 25 miles away. My wife and I pulled into the dealership and as we open the doors there was a gentleman standing at the front of the show room and said welcome Mike and at that point I really felt comfortable. There was a car sitting outside the show room not the one I wanted but the same model and it was unlocked and he invited me to go ahead and sit in it while he pulled the car around that I was inquiring about. At that point I told him let’s make the deal I was happy with the car I was happy with the establishment and Greg made me feel like family you could not ask for a better friend or salesman. At that point and he actually told me I had to drive the car I told him I didn’t need to but he asked me please go ahead and take you for ride we went for a ride and everything was good. We went to Greg desk proceeded to do the paperwork I told him where I needed to be with the car and he assured me that he should not be a problem within 45 minutes to an hour all paperwork was done talked with the finance gentleman he was unbelievable as well. Well all is good I drove home with the car. He followed up with me the following day make sure I was still happy. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.And definitely if Greg is working he will take good care of you. Or any other sales person because what I have found there are definitely highly trained they know their job and they know it well I think them. More

Arrived two days early; couldn't have worked out any better Scheduled service for Saturday, got a nail in my tier Wed evening, took my car in Thursday morning; 10:30AM tire/oil/car all's well!
