Two trips instead of one My truck had a recall. Ferman called me about it and I set up an appointment only to discover the part was not there (after they had my truck for 3 h My truck had a recall. The second appointment went much better and they even washed my car but big deal .... I could wash my car in 20 minutes. I asked for a discount on the next oil change for the waste of my time ... my offer was another free car wash. Not acceptable. Very poor first impression. I will say the people were very pleasant on both visits. More
