Made online appoimemt for 11 am on tuesfay. Got email confirmation. The online appointment process is a plus. Dropped car off Tuesday morning. Had to call late Tuesday to determine status. Was informed to come get a loaner as car was not ready. Called Wednesday afternoon and was informed car would be ready. Picked car up at 5pm. I often wonder if there is an advantage to waiting for the service to be performed vs dropping it off. More
