Buying the truck was good, but after I bought the Certified Preowned 2025 Custom Trail Boss, I was promised a 2nd set of keys from the salesman. He said that the guy that traded it in would bring the Certified Preowned 2025 Custom Trail Boss, I was promised a 2nd set of keys from the salesman. He said that the guy that traded it in would bring the keys in within two weeks. It has been over two months and the salesman and a manager will not respond to my emails about the keys.
