Experience was fantastic from Bogi (Sales Person) showing us the features that were available in other trim lines and power trains. We did purchase up a level due to their demonstration, enthusiasm, pride and knowledge sharing. It was ultimately a better fit for our family. The purchase and delivery experience was very smooth also. We had some enhancements to the vehicle, and due to how new the vehicle was parts were not yet available. They partnered with us helped us navigate the back order and again helped us resolve the issue in a very timely manner. Kudos to them for owning the entire process and their professionalism from A-Z. Chevy Pick -up My 2016 Chevy Silverado went to Ferman Chevrolet for repair of possible electrical/computer problems. I thought the truck would be there for two or th My 2016 Chevy Silverado went to Ferman Chevrolet for repair of possible electrical/computer problems. I thought the truck would be there for two or three days, but it took 2 1/2 weeks,. before they could diagnosed and repair the problem. I have brought my truck for all service work there, so I was amazed on the length of time. My original service advisor seem never to be available, but the one advisor I was able to speak to was Tom, which I appreciate him stepping in to discussed the problem. I do believe Tom did his best to help me with the problem, but was unable to get an answer due to their own computer problems in their repair shop or through-out their store. I tried to speak to service manager, but was sent to Tom's phone, which gave me the impression management did not want to bothered with. I have lost confidence in their service, so I will take my truck somewhere else for future service. More
