VERY Frustrating Went in for an oil change and an intermittent AC smell. We were told one hour; three hours later and now the smell is worse and constant since they s Went in for an oil change and an intermittent AC smell. We were told one hour; three hours later and now the smell is worse and constant since they sprayed something in the system. I'm now driving with the windows down hoping that it will get better, it's not after two days. Now I'm facing more hours to take it back. More

Good quality work and nice staff. The communication could have been much better. However the car was fixed as stipulated by insurance. Would have liked to have a conversation about any additional cosmetic bodywork that I would like to have had done but was never given the opportunity because I wasn’t sure what was Pre-or post accident. good work, just not good communication in my opinion even with leaving messages for a call back. They kept calling my husband cell phone (albeit he is main contact) but they never responded to my 3-4 calls inquiring about my X5. More

Impressive Customer & Tech Service! I was down and had to be towed in, but Shannon’s cheerful disposition picked me right up. Then, she called just a few hours later said it was already I was down and had to be towed in, but Shannon’s cheerful disposition picked me right up.
