GREAT WORK! I had my brakes inspected and had to have new brakes on the front in addition to oil change,tire rotation and replace left strut shock absorber. It was one of the fastest car buying experiences I've ever had and without a doubt by far the best experience ever. It's a beautiful facility. The free soda was much appreciated. The paperwork was fast and they appraised my vehicle quickly. I truly felt all that mattered to Kathy was what I wanted and she truly just wanted me to be genuinely happy with my purchase. I usually have a knot in my stomach the whole time. But not this time. I cannot recommend the dealership or Kathy enough! The repair took a little longer than expected and my wife got hungry. Not finding any vending machines she asked the Service Rep, Tom Bambard, where she could get something to eat. Rather than send her walking somewhere he provided her with some snacks. She appreciated it and I appreciate employees caring enough to help and not ignore. More

Great Ram, Great price, honest deal When I started looking for a new truck for my wife, I was disappointed a few times with some other dealerships. I looked for a specific Truck, the RAM Sport Special addition Sublime Metallic, within 200 miles of my address. Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Lutz had the best deal. They gave me a bottom line out the door price that couldn't be beaten. I was very pleased that I didn't have to drive 200 miles to get a proper deal.
