I ordered my MachE on the Ford website. I selected Ferman as the dealer. All they did was delivery and payment. Took 10 months to take delivery. I tried several times to purchase one di I selected Ferman as the dealer. All they did was delivery and payment. Took 10 months to take delivery. I tried several times to purchase one directly from Ferman! They wanted a 10 to 12k over msrp. Why does Ford allow dealers to do such a large mark up? More

They got the job done, but they didn't really need to charge 2 hours at $200/hr for something that I know took them about 15-30 minutes to install. They found the issue and corrected it.
