Rob is a wonderful person to work with, he is attentive, caring and timely. I don’t know much about the sales area of the dealer.,, but service has never been an issue for me. We had the back of our BMW repaired as we had a hit and run experience after having dinner out. Thanks for leaving no notes after crashing into our car. Ugh. Went in there for a problem with my wife rear door light. She sat there for 3 hours for them too tell her that the door latch had to be cleaned. Come find out it was the wiring harness.
