Won’t bring my vehicle back. Dishonest people working there told me my service was done. Come to figure out they never touched my truck for the service from the time I dropped my truck off til 5 pm th there told me my service was done. You can tell this dealership has been in business for a long time. Their auto service department is extremely professional and runs like a Swiss watch. My service representative Jeff was friendly, courteou long time. Their auto service department is extremely professional and runs like a Swiss watch. My service representative Jeff was friendly, courteous but more importantly totally focused on my service appointment. Jeff went over every item on the initial diagnostic report and explained in a clear and concise way what maintenance should be completed. The part they needed for the repair was not available so he ordered a Lyft car service to take me home. I received a call from Jeff the next morning notifying me that my truck was ready to go. I was there a couple times the first time I spent almost $1400 for two motors for my moonroof second time two days later a battery.I ask why they didn’t give veterans a discount and your service person fina $1400 for two motors for my moonroof second time two days later a battery.I ask why they didn’t give veterans a discount and your service person finally said yes and I save 38 bucks 28 bucks on my battery but if he had said something about veterans discount before I spent $1400 I want to say it 138 bucks at which time I would’ve probably had my tires rotated in an oil change done More

I just called to get a quote on labor to do a minor repair on my car. The service guy Jeff quoted me $400 for 2 hours of labor. The job will only take 15 minutes to complete. I recently had some defective factory ground effects replaced. The car was returned with the same issue unresolved. In addition the inside of the car was fifthly with dust, scuff marks on the dashboard, replaced. The car was returned with the same issue unresolved.
