By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I was ignored, passed off multiple times to different reps, and wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Half way through dealership. I was ignored, passed off multiple times to different reps, and wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Half way through the oil change I was told there was a leak and the valve cover gasket needed replaced. They originally were going to charge me $850 to replace it, then when I said I couldn’t afford it they dropped the price to $300. I still was hesitant and was told if I didn’t do it “my car could blow up and I’d be stranded on the side of the road”. They tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a single woman in a car dealership and scare me into paying exponentially more for a simple fix. I felt de-valued as a customer by this experience. I may not know a lot about cars but I know enough to realize when I’m being played. I will not be back. More
