Online said I had a recall, called and they said they would fix it told an hour to fix, 1.5 hours later, they didn’t fix it and said they have to find a code even though they scheduled this for me. This is after calling 3 times. 2 times to confirm it would be fixed and 2/3 times to confirm that it would only take an hour because I had a booked schedule. More
