I had trouble getting an appointment. I called and had to leave a message and never got a call back. I then made an appointment on line and when I showed up at the scheduled time there was no record of it. leave a message and never got a call back. Jeff did get me in and they tried to sell me a fuel filter change without checking the history that it was done on the last oil change. More
