The service is always great here. Had a computer down with Ford Corp. the first time I brought it in. So had to wait a week and bring it back in. Received a loaner car the second time in. Always an issue when dealing with the service department and never a flawless experience. After going through all the issues the problem was never fixed as promised and i was the one that got screwed out of and never a flawless experience.
