Not my favorite place. Seems complicated to make an appointment. Made an appointment to have some work done as recommended, yet I had to wait longer the day of as they had to order the parts. Also, when I arrived for my appointment it had been scheduled with someone I had not requested. She also didn't know what I was there for and had the wrong information. She also came back to me throwing a piece of paper at me saying " this is exactly what was given to you last week". She has a very poor attitude and very little customer service. She is the reason I wouldn't go back there. More

Bad experience. Sunday, I found a pool of oil under my car. Your mechanic had not tightened the drain plug. I was planning a 4 hour trip that day, but was sick. So ca Sunday, I found a pool of oil under my car. Your mechanic had not tightened the drain plug. I was planning a 4 hour trip that day, but was sick. So cancelled. Good thing. I would have burned out my engine when the oil drained out. Your quote of $345 to complete the rear brakes was completed elsewhere, for $205, taxes in. And $60 to replace 2 fuses was a bit out there. Suffice to say, I won't be back! More
