I was so happy to meet this gentleman. He came to my rescue concerning the navigation system on my new Ford Edge. Not many men at the dealership seemed to know how to set the navigation. The service writer, Robert, was friendly enough but poor on communication. I brought my Edge in for its second oil change (under 10k miles), weatherstrip and rear lights issue. Service writer said the fo on communication. I brought my Edge in for its second oil change (under 10k miles), weatherstrip and rear lights issue. Service writer said the fogged rear lamps could be a problem in the future and very likely would be covered and replaced under warranty. Ford ended up being denying it under warranty. Said it’s a normal condition.? This concerns me. When I picked up the vehicle, the weatherstrip was fixed; however,the the mileage on paperwork for the oil change was incorrect and the courtesy car wash wasn’t done. To top it off, I received a follow-up email with rear lamp prices, stating I didn’t want to take care of anything at this time! That conversation did not take place. I’m very disappointed with the service including the poor paperwork handling. I expected more from a Ford product. More
