Dealer caused keyfobs to stop working and TPMS wasn't fixed I brought in my work van to have an intermittent TPMS error fixed and they didn't fix it but also made my keyfobs stop working causing my alarm to con I brought in my work van to have an intermittent TPMS error fixed and they didn't fix it but also made my keyfobs stop working causing my alarm to constantly go off. I had to take it to another place to disable my alarm and bring it back to Ferman Ford to reprogram my keyfobs then take my van back to another place to get my alarm hooked up. Was charged $140 for them to cause me more problems and then had to pay $42.80 to the place to disable /re-enable my alarm and tell me that Ferman Ford cleared off my keyfobs. Ferman did reprogram it right away but never apologized or offered anything for the hassles they caused! More

william pannier saved what could have been a bad experience I came in for my friday morning appointment, and Jeff Vuncannon was assigned as my service advisor. He informed me the work would take days, and they I came in for my friday morning appointment, and Jeff Vuncannon was assigned as my service advisor. He informed me the work would take days, and they had no loaner for me. He was gruff and short, but I made the appointment for the next monday and jeff called to make sure their was a loaner. next Monday i walk up to jeff, he looks up my info and tells me I am assigned to Cameron Rolon (again he was very short with me, borderline rude). I go to Cameron who looks up my appointment in the system, and says "There is no appointment in the system"....Cameron was great , I chose to make an appointment for the next day, and have one last shot , but to say i was disappointed is an understatement. I come back for the THIRD apointment, and William Pannier was assighned to me. from the start I knew this was gong to be OK. He was fighting a cold, and was still upbeat, and pleasant. He secured me a loaner, and handled everything fantastic. And even though the part had to be ordered he kept me updated thru the whole process....I highly recommend William and Cameron, they are credits to your department, More
