Prices are affordable but still more on the high range. Hope they can be quicker on an oil change service. Hope that in the future they can look at the car and honestly tell you if a service is needed at that time or not rather than just offer you service packages only cause it's in the manual. More

A great Collision Center Experience!! Just this past Monday I took our Mercedes S550 in for an estimate to repair two large dents in the right rear door. Dennis Daley provided the figure i Just this past Monday I took our Mercedes S550 in for an estimate to repair two large dents in the right rear door. Dennis Daley provided the figure in a timely fashion. I got estimates from two more facilities and Ferman was the lowest. I was surprised that we could drop the Mercedes off the next day on Tuesday. On Wednesday I received a call to give me an update and then this morning on Friday I got a call from our estimator Dennis Dailey to say that the Mercedes was ready. I could not believe it was done so fast and the repairs and paint work were professionaly done. We certainly recommend the Collision Center at Ferman Ford!! More
