Ferman Ford - Service Center

Then during repair time service rep. (Robert) never called about status, so when we inquired 1 hour before pickup schedule he said it would be ready, then when inquired about front right tire noise he started making excuses about that not scheduled ahead (despite call center email info. And discussion with Robert the night before work started. Then was told that after all these incompetent actions I was told I could rent a car through enterprise for only $30 a day over the weekend because they would not be able to work on the front tire to evaluate the problem till next week. With that much incompetence displayed by call center and service rep. Individuals I decided to pay my existing bill and finish my vehicle service some where else, not to mention removing any possibility of purchasing a Ford Escape from this dealership. More

Body Shop Paint problem Had the car in for respray on a quarter panel. Paint then developed a bubble in clearcoat. Everything but the quality of this work is fine at this dealership, but the work from the body shop seems 3rd rate. More
