Transmission Repair. Recalls on vehicle Jeff was friendly and understanding. My truck was going to be in for a substantial period of time and Jeff made sure that I had a vehicle that fit my Jeff was friendly and understanding. Horrible Place There are NO words to describe the blatant,uncaring,lazy,incompetent people that work here.I only take my vehicle in because my boss makes me and I cr There are NO words to describe the blatant,uncaring,lazy,incompetent people that work here.I only take my vehicle in because my boss makes me and I cringe every single time.. I would rather be water boarded then deal with this incompetent uncaring group of people.This is not to say mechanics aren’t good,never met them, but the service department could Care Less! This is a fact of life.Do Not Take Your Vehicle Here!!! I have had to about 6 times and they are purposely bums. I could give all scenarios but would bore you to death.But here is one anyway, took van in for a flat tire and 3 days later I heard back after several attempts to call,text to no avail. They claim they are busy and leave your vehicle for DAYS sitting in back parking lot,I know this because when I needed parts off my van I would go get it right off my van with my extra key and no one ever questioned or noticed I was even doing that for days on end...Most of the time it wasn’t even locked with thousands of dollars of tools in it. Noticed they recently moved their waiting area across the building, prob because they didn’t want to have the unhappy customers in their area to complain. I CANNOT stress enough how uncaring and incompetent they actually are,trust me,I have to take my vehicle there and it sucks....Never return calls,never answer texts(that has seem to be an option that has gone away wouldn’t matter anyway. The 1 time they will call you is when it’s Finally repaired...to bring the next Sucker in. They are a Joke! Uncaring comes to mind everytime I think of Ferman,the absolute worst .But they won’t even care about this either...seems it’s their motto...no cares.They deserve this review,and I would hope that they know that! Change your attitudes...they need a new GM or Something...Can’t get worse then this place! More

Recall There is a total lack of communication between your service department and your parts department. 3 times I received a recall notice from Ford concer There is a total lack of communication between your service department and your parts department. 3 times I received a recall notice from Ford concerning the airbags. Each time I called your service department and was told that the part was not in stock, and I would be notified when it came in. Needless to say, I never heard back from your service department. After the 4th notice, I contacted Ford directly and relayed my complaint to them. It was Ford who set up my appointment, after confirming that the part was already there. And, by the way, that was after I called service after I received the 4th recall notice. So, after the constant runaround, I will not be returning to Ferman. More
Not good! Dropped my van off for service and after trying to contact my service advisor (Cameron) and the service manager (Joe) to find out about my van I rece Dropped my van off for service and after trying to contact my service advisor (Cameron) and the service manager (Joe) to find out about my van I received no response from either one of them. They never rotated my tires as asked but did the front end alignment anyway. ??? As well as no new windshield wipers I requested. Finally went in a day after my original pick up was scheduled and Jeff the service advisor from another group helped me. Much Thanks to Jeff otherwise it would of been there all weekend and cost my business money due to no sales. Not happy! More

They checked my recall issue to make sure I was okay to take a road trip and cleaned my car under 2 hours. They even helped me fix the scratches on my car. I moved to Tampa and I still keep coming back to them. The wait room is nice. They provide coffee amd pastries. They also have a shuttle service that can take you to the mall...or anywhere within 8 miles. Two big thumbs up from me. More
