Staff is friendly, professional and patient. On my last 3 visits, the techs have failed to reassemble one or more components correctly. Two of those times resulted in my car dying completely in traffic, without hazard lights or any power to anything in the vehicle, because they failed to sufficiently reconnect the new battery they put in, even after a second visit to troubleshoot. Matt is great, but I no longer trust the work completed in the shop. More
