It was a pleasure to work with Tim Ralston to order our 4-door from the factory in England. Getting updates as the car progressed through production to loading on the ship, to sailing across the Atlantic, 4-door from the factory in England. Tim was helpful in revealing ways to save money by trading in our old Mini rather than selling it elsewhere, and by financing the purchase instead of buying it outright. Weeks after getting the car we are still discovering the amazing driving assistance functions it has in its repertoire. The funnest for me is its ability to back itself out of the garage into the street, making two 90-degree turns in the process! As someone who has had a couple of costly encounters with garage doors in the past, this is a big plus. The invoice we were given when we ordered the car I found to be frustratingly opaque and I wish we could have had a lot more detail, but everything worked out okay in the end. My wife and I recommend Ferman to anyone wanting to purchase a Mini, or exploring the brand. More

Car sent for service. We were supposed to have the car returned on Friday and did not get a call. No text to advise that there was no driver available. I had to call all w We were supposed to have the car returned on Friday and did not get a call. No text to advise that there was no driver available. I had to call all weekend. We finally got our car back on Monday. The USB port was supposed to be repaired during the service and we were assured it was, but when we got the car back it was not ... even the driver returning our car noted it. Instead of sending the car back to the dealership and being without it for a longer period of time we opted for it to be fixed next time we need service. Cesar was great, but I feel like there was a lack of communication. Thank you More
