Ferman Mini's sales team will say anything to get a sale. We went in to test drive a car and went over all the features extensively. One of the options most important to us was the distance managin sale. We went in to test drive a car and went over all the features extensively. One of the options most important to us was the distance managing cruise control. The test drive they take you on is just around the block with max speeds of 35 mph, but Manny showed us how to set the distance between the cars and control it from the steering wheel. We also went over this feature with the tech wizard while setting the car up. On the ride home, going at highway speeds, we were not able to engage the option. We called and talked to the tech wizard, Leah, who told us the option doesn't engage unless you're going over 70 mph. This seemed odd, but we tried again and it still didn't work. We brought the car back the next day, and all of a sudden it was our fault the car did not have the cruise control option we had requested. Turns out, that trim style only has the "regular" cruise control - which Manny all of a sudden was aware of even after admitting he thought our car had the upgraded feature the day before. Michael and Manny went to extensive lengths to blame us for the mistake, and did not offer any kind of remedy. Michael even tried baking in extra charges to cover the costs of their error. Only when our previous salesperson was back in the office (Tony) did we get help navigating the process of Ferman Mini ordering a corrected car for us. But nothing was waived or offered for our inconvenience due to their lies and omissions. Upon leaving the final time, we were told we would get a call from the regional manager within the week - it's now been almost a month and no one has reached out since we left with our corrected vehicle. We would not recommend buying any car from Ferman Mini - their sales team does not stand behind its mistakes and instead blames the customer at every stage. Customer service is dead here. More

My salesman, Bob was excellent as was Santos the sales manager. Was not happy when in financing at the end of signing all the papers I was told I would not receive a check for my car they bought that they manager.
