What an OUTSTANDING experience I had purchasing my last Mini from Ferman Mini. I am blessed to have a new Mini Countryman and to have been able to purchase it from Ferman Mini. I had my prior Mini Cooper H Mini from Ferman Mini. I am blessed to have a new Mini Countryman and to have been able to purchase it from Ferman Mini. I had my prior Mini Cooper Hardtop serviced exclusively with this dealership and always received EXCELLENT service. When it came time to trade-in, my husband & I decided this was the only place to go. We had the pleasure to work with both Dallas & Tony, and they were exceptional! When I notified the discrepancy, initially they said my finance service for the trade in car (BMW) will refund the amount, however, after investigating with BMW finance, actually the Ferman should refund. If I didn’t proactively investigate, I would not be able to get the refund. No apology from accounting. Again, sales and service department are great. More
