Very friendly staff and they provide Lift services instead of waiting there. But their prices are kinda insane (something I was expecting buying a Mini…). What was a concern to me - I had this very loud rattling noise in my car that I complained about and came in to have it checked after the oild change. I was told everything was ok. The noise continued. I came back 5 k miles later for an oil change and I was told my motor mount needed replacing. Thank goodness my car was still under the warranty. The mount was replaced and the noise was gone. My warranty is expiring in 2 months. Had I been doing 10 k oild chnage as recommended this problem($1400 worth) would be at my own expense. What I don’t understand- I came in complaining of this loud rattling noise and nobody saw the problem of this motor mount? That’s just odd. Anyway, I am glad it was fixed just in time. More
