I recently lost the chrome ring that goes around my driver's side headlight. I received a price quote from the Mini dealer in Wesley Chapel. Instead of going there, I took my car to this dealer in Pa driver's side headlight. I received a price quote from the Mini dealer in Wesley Chapel. Instead of going there, I took my car to this dealer in Palm Harbor and the price was exactly $100.00 LESS. In addition, the service people were all very professional. They washed my car and got me back on the road quickly and efficiently, in my beautiful, clean, perfect Mini. Thanks guys! More

Took twice as long as promised. I was not updated at all. Chairs are worn, table dirty, drinks were not cold. When I purchased my mini, less than 2 years ago, I was told all abou I was not updated at all. Chairs are worn, table dirty, drinks were not cold. When I purchased my mini, less than 2 years ago, I was told all about loaner cars and coming to pick up my car at my work place and returning it-none of this has happened. I have had to visit this center 4 times in less than 18 months for routine issues that should have been taken care of at my scheduled maintenance appointments. If I was not under warranty I would not return. More
