I hate that I have give a low score since my buying experience was perfect. I scheduled an appointment and the service teams lack of communication caused an originally planed 90 minute appointment into experience was perfect. It was a poor experience, I expected better and should have received it. I did not argue over a price, I only questioned a service being completed and after they battled me on it they realized I was right... Just wished it was better, the quality of work that was done was not great either, I will just get it redone elsewhere. No one should have to go through all of that for such a simple task. I gave 2 stars because they did offer a discount, I didn't ask for one, it was just offered. The discount offsets the cost I will have to pay to have to get it done right. More

Matthew, the service advisor, is so personable. He has the customers best interest in mind. That is something I, a multi mini car owner family, appreciate. I also like that when my vehicle is being Inspected, I am sent a video message showing me in detail the issues I have for my vehicle. I do not have to question anything. I can clearly see it.
