Took in my MINI for service. Had oil change, tire rotation and air filter replaced. Service was done in a timely manner. The complimentary car wash and vacuum is always a welcome plus. I called service for an immediate issue, my car was stalling out. I spoke with Matthew who got me in the same day. I waited while it was fixed which was only about an hour.
