Excellent service worth the drive from Tampa Allan was very patient in explaining the different options of colors and add on packages we were asking about on the phone and online. It was one of the reasons we decided to make the drive. Steve clearly explained all details and listened to what we wanted about the vehicle, took the time to get the car from the parking lot. We also inquired at other Volvo branches but we had to walk to the middle of the 100s of cars in the parking lot trying to find the vehicle. Everyone made us feel relaxed and have a worry free experience, plus we got Volvo blue and red caps and coffee tumblers. We got 3 cars from another dealer the past years and never got a cap or a tumbler, they were selling the caps. They also informed us about the rich company history, and now we have experienced the excellent service the company is known for. We are surely glad we made the drive to Ferman Volvo Cars of Tarpon Springs. More
