This was the WORST car buying experience that I have ever had. The FINANCE manager was the rudest person I have ever met!!! I tried assisting my 28 year old daughter with her car purchase, he tried to get had. The FINANCE manager was the rudest person I have ever met!!! I tried assisting my 28 year old daughter with her car purchase, he tried to get her in double digits on her interest rate, he would not go down on the price of the car or come up on the trade, he treated us has thou we were at a buy here pay here… buyer beware!!! Do not take the first interest rate that is offered, it’s a shame that they couldn’t give my had working daughter a break, she was so looking forward to finding a reliable car and now has buyers remorse and feels she could have done better somewhere else. I just don’t understand why you would need to ruin this experience for someone who has done nothing but try and get ahead. I will never do business with this dealership again nor will my family and friends More
