Not a good service experience at all! Routine service and 2tires, car was in shop almost two weeks, received call that car is ready. Went to pick up only to be told car is not ready! I have nothing bad to say about this dealership. The service department met me outside very friendly. My service was completed in good time because I wait. They called when the parts were in and scheduled when to come in. I didn’t have a way home after taking the car in. They had one of the employees take me home. My car took one day. They said it was ready to be picked up. Again I had no way to get there. They picked me up and I paid and was on my way . I want to name the ones that gave such special treatment, Darcy, Lisa, and Tony. More
